GHI — TV commercial
GHI, the Geneva weekly of local news and classified ads, presents itself in a commercial aired on Swiss television and shot in the studio with actors.
GHI reaches its readers in Geneva and in the district of Nyon (canton of Vaud), through letterbox delivery on Wednesdays and Thursdays and street boxes in the trams. At the time of the film, the paper reported 141'000 readers in this area and a print run of 265'000 copies.
That readership is broad, and the commercial had to show it. Bluevista shot the film in the studio with actors, each one playing a group of the paper's readers. We wrote the script together with the communications agency Felix.
GHI stands for local news that is often exclusive, an “irreverent” tone and private classified ads renewed every week. The graphics follow the client's brand guidelines, and we took particular care over the music and the sound, which set the tone of the commercial.
